Bhaskar Arts Ceter believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:

• Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made immediately after placing the order. However, the cancellation request may not be entertained if the orders have been processed, or packing has started. Report cancellations with in 2 hours of confirmation.

• BHASKAR ARTS CENTER does not accept cancellation requests for the products that has been delivered.

• BHASKAR ARTS CENTER an automated email confirmation for the orders submitted. Any queries or details, customer is expected to call the support line and request for the changes. ​

• Kindly note that Bhaskar Arts Center is not hiring the vendor for delivery and packaging.

• In case of complaints regarding the fulfilment of products and orders against the orders, customer can write a request to support@bhaskarartscenter.com.

In case of any refunds initiated, it may take 7 to 10 working days for the amount to be processed.
